All sales are final and non-refundable. In case you can't make it, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Due to the limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate session changes after the ticket is booked.
All ages are welcome but our space is designed for children 0-8 we ask that older siblings attending be mindful of the littles around them
Children under 10 months do not require a separate ticket if they are being carried/not participating.

A full priced ticket allows for up to a MAX of 2 Adults.
If additional adults want to join beyond the 2 that come with an admission, you must purchase another full priced event ticket for the session.
You cannot apply play passes towards an event admission
